alt-ergo software package provides Automatic theorem prover dedicated to program verification, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install alt-ergo
alt-ergo is installed in your system.
Make ensure the alt-ergo package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep alt-ergo *
You will get with alt-ergo package name, version, architecture and description in a table
